An innovative methodology relatively new to the client. Using the screening method the Japanese Knotweed rhizome material is separated from the soil material it loves to grow into. The contaminated Japanese Knotweed material can then be removed from site at a heavily reduced amount with the “clean” soils being re-engineered into the site. This reduced the landfill & backfill requirement costs dramatically. The only draw-back to this option is that it can only be utilised in certain conditions. Please call us for advice.
